What Should I Do if I Suspect Fraud?

Find the right help for suspicious messages, card activity or NetBank access.

A suspicious call or message

TNB says it will never ask for OTPs, passwords or money transfers by phone or SMS. End a suspicious call and contact the bank using its published contact details.

An unexpected Visa Secure code

01

Do not enter, approve or share the code.

02

Block the card in the TNB Cards App or Cards Portal.

03

Contact Card Services on +350 200 23000, or use the Visa International assistance route published by TNB.

A transaction you don’t recognise

Use TNB’s card assistance guidance for fraud or misuse and transaction disputes. Contact Card Services for help.

A NetBank access concern

For an issue involving access to NetBank, contact NetBank Support on +350 200 23002. Visa purchase-code instructions concern card payments.
