Block your card immediately in the TNB Cards app or web portal: open Cards and select Block Card. Contact our Card Services Help Desk on +350 200 23000 for assistance. If you cannot block it online, Visa’s 24-hour assistance options are listed on our card-blocking page.
Visa Secure adds an identity check to online card purchases. You may be asked to enter a one-time passcode sent by SMS to your registered mobile number. Before entering it, check the merchant and amount carefully. Never give the code to anyone else.
Start by speaking to your Relationship Manager about your feedback or complaint. You can also visit our branch or write to us at 76 Main Street, Gibraltar. We will investigate your concerns and explain our decision; our complaints page sets out the process and further options.
Check the sender’s address carefully and watch for unusual links, attachments or pressure to act quickly. TNB emails do not link to pages requesting your online banking credentials. If a message seems suspicious, contact the bank before sharing information or following its instructions.

Tell us what you have in mind. We’ll help you explore your banking options.
