How Do I Send and Receive Business Payments?
Find payment details, beneficiary tools and guidance for international transfers.
Send a payment
Use NetBank or the Payment Template Form for manual instructions. GBP/EUR transfers to another TNB account through NetBank are free; other fees may apply. EEA beneficiary payments must use shared charges.
Manage beneficiaries
Open Payments and Transfers → Manage Beneficiaries → Add New Beneficiary. Choose an internal or external bank and complete the details requested. Corporate authorisation follows your mandate.

Receive GBP from abroad or EUR
Give the sender your full account name, IBAN from your statement and SWIFT/BIC TNOVGIGI. Ask TNB for the correct receiving details for other currencies.
Timing and international charges
TNB publishes a 14:00 CET cut-off; instructions received later are processed the next working day. Value dates depend on currency. Other banks may deduct charges; check TNB’s full payments guidance and fee schedule.
