What Should I Do if I Suspect Business Fraud?

Pause before paying, verify requests and contact TNB if something looks wrong.

Suspicious invoice or payment request?

Double-check before clicking or paying. If a request seems suspicious, pause and call TNB using an official published number rather than details in the message.

Protect your business credentials

Never share a PIN, password, OTP or security details. Do not allow remote access to your device or install software to give someone access. Treat urgent emails or texts asking you to update banking details with caution.

A card or code may be compromised

Block the card in the TNB Cards App or Cards Portal and contact Card Services on +350 200 23000. Do not use or share an unexpected OTP.

Protected email from TNB

Confidential messages may arrive as protected emails with a password-protected attachment or one-time-passcode access. No special encryption software is required. Use TNB’s Protected Email guidance if you cannot open a message.
