How Do I Find Business Statements and Documents?
Use NetBank to locate monthly statements and records linked to your business accounts.
Open View Statements
Log in, open the top-left menu and choose Account Statements.
Choose the right document area

E-Statements: select your account and year, then Search.

Additional Documents: select the account, document type and date range, then Search.

All Accounts: see documents across accounts and download the file to read it.
Find older statements
In Additional Documents, choose Statements and the date range you need. Historical statements remain available even if older transactions are absent from account movements.
Download additional records
Complete every search field to enable Search in Additional Documents. Download a file to view its contents.
Looking for Visa card records?
The Cards App and Cards Portal show card transactions separately from NetBank. TNB’s card guidance also describes past statements and customised transaction reports.
