What to Do Next

Act on a suspicious request

If you are concerned about a call, email or text, stop the interaction and call TNB. Do not rely on a contact number supplied in a suspicious message.

Keep your codes private

The bank says it will never ask for your PIN, one-time passcode or online-banking password.

Protect your device

Never allow remote access to your device or install software to let someone access it.

Card misuse and blocking

If you think a Visa card is lost, stolen or compromised, use TNB's published card-blocking guidance and contact Card Services.

Why a card may be blocked

The bank may block or replace cards where it suspects misuse, cloning or irregular transactions, following a merchant security incident, or where required information is missing.
