Since arriving in September, I have been listening to clients, colleagues and partners. Those conversations are helping shape our priorities and the practical improvements we make.

My focus is on your experience of banking with us. Technology should make that experience easier: fewer unnecessary steps, clearer processes and more time for our people to spend with you.

I bring a background in international private banking, transformation and leadership. At TNB, I look forward to combining that experience with the knowledge and commitment of our team.
