Funding Rates
The interest rate on foreign currency loans is determined using the Foreign Exchange Swap market. A Foreign Exchange Swap compensates for the interest difference between the two underlying currencies, and as such it translates the GBP rate into the rate in your loan currency.
On top of that we place a liquidity premium which represents our costs of obtaining the funding for the given term.
